Thank you for your interest in Roanoke College's Employee Suggestion Program.  The purpose of the Program is to encourage faculty and staff to submit ideas and suggestions to improve and enhance the activities and operations of the College.
 
Who Can Participate? All full time, part-time or temporary employees are encouraged to submit suggestions.
Are there incentives? Yes.  Employees whose suggestions are adopted will receive a Gift Certificate and recognition in college publications and at a campus event.
How Do I Submit a Suggestion? After reviewing the guidelines below, you may use the web form provided or obtain a form in Human Resources
Where Can I Obtain Information? The Human Resources Department (ext. 2262) will be happy to answer questions or provide additional information about our Employee Suggestion Program.
