7 Tuesday Last day to add Monday/Wednesday/Friday day course-4:00 p.m.; Last day to submit a Pass/Fail
or Audit form for a Monday/Wednesday/Friday day course 4:00 p.m.

7-13 Tues.-Mon. Last day to add an evening course is up until (but not including) the second meeting of that
class (i.e., the ADD form must have been turned in to the Registrar’s Office by 4:00 p.m. and
before the second meeting of the class); Last day to submit a Pass/Fail or Audit form for an
evening course is up until (but not including) the second meeting of that class (i.e., the request
must have been turned in to the Registrar’s Office by 4:00 p.m. and before the second meeting

28 Friday Last day to submit work to professor for any “IN” grade received in the Fall Term.
Instructor will assign final grade at this time.

**TO HAVE YOUR NAME OFFICIALLY ADDED OR DROPPED FROM A CLASS ROSTER, YOU MUST TURN IN THE PROPERLY SIGNED FORMS TO THE REGISTRAR’S OFFICE BY DEADLINES WHICH APPEAR ON THIS ACADEMIC CALENDAR. FAILURE TO DO SO CAN RESULT IN NO CREDIT AND/OR A GRADE OF “F”.
UNLESS PRIOR CONSENT FOR ABSENCE FROM THE FIRST MEETING OF A CLASS IS GRANTED BY THE COURSE INSTRUCTOR, THE INSTRUCTOR MAY REQUEST THAT THE OFFICE OF THE REGISTRAR DROP AN ABSENT STUDENT FROM THE CLASS ROSTER. HOWEVER, IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STUDENT, NOT THE INSTRUCTOR OR THE ADVISOR, TO MAKE SURE THAT HE/SHE IS ENROLLED IN THE CORRECT SCHEDULE EACH TERM.
