Conley T. Snidow '38
Inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame 1971.
- Captain of the freshman football squad
- One of Roanoke’s outstanding gridiron men
- President of the Monogram Club in 1938
- Vice President of the student body
- Member of the Athletic and Executive councils
- As a coach, he introduced his own version of the T formation and was one of the first to employ a flanker and wide line splits with quarterback options
- His teams compiled enviable records in both football and basketball
