Hall of Fame
Hugh Vivian "Red" Hancock
Inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame 1971.
- During his college career, he proved a leader and inspiration to his teammates on the football field, basketball court and baseball diamond
- In 1941, he captained the football team
- As a sophomore, he received All-State honorable mention for his prowess in football
- He was voted a football All-American honorable mention during his senior year.
