Robert N. Sheffield '39
Inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame 1971.
- Played center on the "Five Smart Boys"
- Won All-State recognition in 1938 and 1939
- Member of the Monogram Club
- On basketball court agility, exceptional defense and board control won the plaudits of his teammates
- His team play was instrumental in the success of this basketball squad which reached national recognition and honors
