BUAD 438 — Systems Analysis & Design

Professor Ali Nazemi

Home

Welcome to Business Administration 438 course website.  This course is the capstone course for CIS majors.  This is a project oriented course that covers the Systems Design process from inception (Planning) to completion (a working system).

The best way to prepare for this course is to read the chapters ahead of time, apply factual information by work on mini-projects, and brush up on your programming and data design background.  Organization can also be extremely helpful.

The key to success in this course is to attend every class session, hand-in mini-project exercises and main project updates on time, take good notes, ask questions, and seek help when needed.  This course requires students to work in teams and participate in group discussions.  Tests can be lengthy and comprehensive so you should prepare yourself well.

Good luck and have a wonderful semester.
