Celebrating the 75th Anniversary of the Blue Ridge  Parkway

I would like to invite you to ROAPEX 2010, the 30th annual show sponsored by the Big Lick Stamp Club.  Come and spend the day enjoying the exhibits, meeting the dealers, visiting the USPS Station and grabbing some hot bargains.  Our younger visitors are especially invited to visit our special youth station located at the front.

After you make rounds at dealer’s tables,
 please stop by the Club’s table and find
out about the Big Lick Stamp Club.  You
can learn about the club, what we do and
 where we meet.  You can even pick up a
copy of the Original Gum, the club’s
newsletter.  I think you’ll find that we
have something to offer collectors at all
levels.

We are offering two special show cachets designed by Kathy & Mike Bednarek & Erik Kraker.  USPS has also designed a special cancellation for the show.  Please see copies of these in Cachets & Cancel page.  A representative from Roanoke City Main Post Office will provide stamps and other philatelic material for sale.  Visit him at the USPS table and he will gladly provide you with the ROAPEX 2009 pictorial cancellation
