MAROONS TRAVEL THE GLOBE

In preparation for the Fall 2004 season, returning upperclassmen on the Roanoke College Men’s Soccer Team traveled to Sao Paulo, Brazil in August. The group made three stops in Sao Paulo – Santos, Lameiras, and Serra Negra. Over the course of ten days, the team played five friendly matches versus the U-20 sides of Brazilian Professional Teams, including perhaps Brazil’s most famous club, Santos. This is the second trip for the Men’s Soccer Team to Sao Paulo.
