1. To inform the campus community of work being done on the Institutional Self-Study through an on-campus SACS web site, a periodic newsletter, and other means devised by the committee

2. To organize and conduct periodic forums and other means devised by the committee to solicit questions, comments, and recommendations about the Institutional Self-Study from members of all of the campus constituencies

3. To assist in the proofreading of the Institutional Self-Study Report and to make suggestions for the effective presentation of material in the Report

4. To be willing to meet with the College's SACS liaison officer and the SACS Visiting Team to discuss communication of the Institutional Self-Study during its conduct and the work of the committee
