1. To become familiar with the requirements for program length and course units/class hours for all colleges and universities in the southern region as described in SACS' 1998 Criteria for Accreditation

2. To review the current College calendar including the number of course contact hours with students to determine compliance with SACS requirements

3. To make recommendations to the Steering Committee for any changes that are necessary to bring the College into compliance with calendar requirements

4. To be willing to meet with the College's SACS liaison officer and the SACS Visiting Team to discuss the College's calendar and the work of the Task Force
