The meeting began at 2:45 p.m.
Committee members reviewed Sections 4.2.2 and 4.2.3 (prepared by Ned) and Sections 4.2.4 and 4.2.5 (prepared by Gail). Discussion was thorough and several good suggestions were made.
The meeting ended at 4:10 p.m.
