The Committee reviewed Sections 6.3, 6.4, 6.5, and 6.6 and offered several helpful suggestions.

The committee agreed that when members submit their revised sections to Greg that they follow one or the other of two formats: 1) they submit only the revisions (including additional documentation) or (2) they submit a completely revised report with the changed sections highlighted. All documentation will be submitted as soon as possible but no later than when the final revisions are submitted.

Greg will continue working on a draft of the final report in the next few weeks. The completed draft will initially be submitted to committee members and then to the entire campus community for comment.

Although the work of the committee continues, this day represents an important landmark, and Greg thanked members for their hard work and good spirits.
