Greg presented an overview of the reaccreditation process and the role of the Compliance Audit Committee within it. A list of the specific charges of the committee was distributed and discussed.

Committee members discussed representation on the committee, and it was agreed that broader representation was needed. Greg will pursue this and report back to the committee.

One additional meeting of the CAC will be scheduled this semester. (Note: it will be Monday, May 3rd at noon in the President's Dining Room.) Greg will distribute specific assignments prior to that meeting.
