1. We conducted a Question-and-Answer session with Dr. Charles Toomajian, our external consultant, during which he asked many questions about our planning process and particulars of the Intensive Learning program.
2. We agreed that at our next meeting, on Tuesday, February 8, we would meet again and review the consultant's report.
