1. We reviewed the report of our consultant, Dr. Charles Toomajian, and made changes to the Assessment Plan responsive to some of his recommendations, and deliberated which of his other suggestions should go to the top of our list of considerations for future work.

2. We reviewed in draft form our suggested Independent Study proposal form, and our recommendations for Internships and Non-traditional students. These materials go before Curriculum Committee in the next few weeks.

3. We reviewed the guidelines that are used by the Admissions Office to define who is a non-traditional student and decided to forward this as well to the Curriculum Committee for their determination.

4. Our next meeting takes place on Tuesday, March 14, at which time we will begin to consider course proposals for May of 2001.
