1. We examined a digest of the Guidelines for Intensive Learning courses to be presented for distribution at the Wed, Sep 29 faculty meeting. These guidelines will also be discussed at the October faculty meeting, and courses for May of 2000 will be presented as a group at the November faculty meeting.

2. We looked at a revision from Drs. Saunders and Rubongoya for the travel course to Africa for May of 2000, and agreed to pass it forward to Curriculum Committee.

3. We examined the proposal from Anil Shende for an on-campus course, and at suggestions for a new course title from Richard Grant. These courses are also about ready to forward to Curriculum Committee.

4. On the agenda for next meeting are proposals by: Gail Steehler, Lil Alessa, and Jacqui Keil's course revision.

5. We will meet next on Tuesday, Oct. 5, also at 11:30 AM in Dean's Conference Room.
