The meeting began at 11:30 a.m.
Greg indicated that work on the Self-Study is on schedule. The following tasks will occur during the summer:
(1) Second draft of Compliance Audit Report; time for review and comments by faculty and staff; final document produced
(2) Draft of Strategic Study Report; time for review and comments by faculty and staff; final document produced
(3) Work continues on institutional effectiveness with academic and administrative departments and on strategic planning
(4) College documents updated as new editions are written and disseminated
(5) Faculty credentials assembled for easy inspection by reviewers
(6) Self-Study Manual completed (tomorrow)
(7) Local arrangements set up and manual completed
The committee discussed tasks needing to be accomplished in the fall to prepare the campus for the site visit.
Greg thanked the committee for their good work this year.
