Stephen Ministries is a Christian organization that serves more than 10,000 congregations, businesses, and other organizations from our office in Saint Louis. We train congregation leaders in one-on-one caregiving, small groups, and other ministries, including spiritual gifts discovery, evangelism, and grief. At Stephen Ministries, we hire people, not positions. During the hiring process we take a look at each person's gifts and craft the ideal position for that person based on his or her strengths and our organization's needs.
