Piedmont Community Services has the following position opening:
MENTAL HEALTH CASE MANAGER/MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT SPECIALIST – POSITION #PC-320-2 – Provide case management and mental health support services to children in Patrick County. Assure individuals served receive the necessary services to assist them in accessing needed medical, psychiatric, social educational, and other supports to meet their basic needs. Provide training and support to children with severe mental illness for purpose of helping them maintain community stability and independence in the most appropriate and least restrictive environment. Bachelors’ degree in human services field with one-year experience preferred. Salary range: $27,694 - $48,751. Hiring Range: $27,694 - $33,233. OPEN UNTIL FILLED.
