Description

MENTAL HEALTH CASE MANAGER – POSITION #CL-320-1 – CONTRACT POSITION – NO FRINGE BENEFITS.  Provide case management services to SMI adults in Franklin County. Assure individuals receive the appropriate services to assist them in accessing needed medical, psychiatric, social, educational, & other supports to meet their basic needs. Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field with one-year experience preferred or any equivalent combination of training and experience, which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Salary range: $27,694 - $48,751. Hiring Range: $27,694 - $33,233.  OPEN UNTIL FILLED.

MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT SPECIALIST – Position # FC-581-7 – Provide training & supports to individuals who reside in the Franklin County area who suffer with severe mental illness for the purpose of helping them achieve & maintain community stability & independence in the most appropriate, least restrictive environment. Bachelor’s degree in human services field preferred with one-year direct care experience. Salary range: $27,694 - $48,751. Hiring Range: $27,694 - $33,233. OPEN UNTIL FILLED.
