Coordinator for Alumni & Family Relations

Description

Roanoke College seeks qualified applicants for the full-time position of Coordinator - Alumni and Family Relations.  The position provides administrative and clerical support for the Director and the Assistant Director of Alumni and Family Relations in the Resource Development Division of the college. The successful candidate must possess significant technical proficiency including experience with Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with Datatel software is desired. Excellent telephone etiquette plus demonstrated organizational and communication skills are required. The ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and assume responsibility is essential.

Prior experience in administrative support is required; an Associate’s Degree or 4 year undergraduate degree is strongly preferred.  Position requires occasional evening and weekend work and may also include some travel.
