FINTEL LIBRARY CITATION GUIDE

These are examples of basic citations in  APA, CBE, Chicago style, and MLA formats.  Use these for all the fulltext databases Fintel Library subscribes to such as Electric Library, Expanded Academic, Factiva,  LexisNexis, Newsbank, PsycArticles, etc. 

Also given here are examples for fulltext books taken from NetLibrary, photos and visuals taken from Accunet/AP MultiMedia Archive, and a graphic taken from the Web.

FULLTEXT JOURNAL ARTICLES

ACADEMY OF MANAGEMENT STYLE WITH MODFIIED APA

Auther last name, initial.  Year.  Title.  Journal name, volume:page.  Retrieval date from name database.

CBE STYLE - BASED ON NATIONAL LIBRARY OF MEDICINE FORMAT

Citation-Sequence method

Author last name, first initial.  Title of article.  Name of Journal year;vol:pages.  <URL>  Date of access.

ACCUNET/APMULTIMEDIA ARCHIVE

The subject of the image is listed first, followed by the date it was taken or created. The retrieval statement is then added.
