Yusef Komunyakaa won the 1994 Pulitzer Prize for his book Neon Vernacular: New and Selected Poems. Komunyakaa is also a recent recipient of the Ruth Lilly Prize for Poetry. A more in depth biography and list of Komunyakaa's work can be found at Ibiblio.org.
