The Roanoke College Cookbook is a project of the Fortnightly Club of Roanoke College. Math professor Jan Minton edited the book, with art work by Roanoke College student Jesse Wolf. Recipes come from faculty representing every academic department, plus staff members, administration and trustees of the College. Numerous stories and historical notes are interwoven throughout the book, giving you a flavor of the College
in addition to some excellent food.
