Username & passwords are sent to deposited students by postal mail. The same password is used in all systems. **These are different than your Slate account.**

RC Email
We encourage all incoming students to download Microsoft Outlook app, configure their RC Email, and turn on notifications.  As a campus, email is a frequent method of communication. Login with full email address: username@mail.roanoke.edu

Summer Orientation Reservation & Registration (due June 1) 
*Usernames & Passwords are in the mail.  These are DIFFERENT than your Slate account.
Online form for incoming first year students to reserve a spot at 1 of 4 Summer Orientation Sessions.  First we ask students to reserve a session.  Second we ask for some details so we can best serve the student and their guests.

Annual Enrollment Profile (due June 1)
Online form for all incoming students to enroll as a student at Roanoke College

Student Health Portal (due June 1)
Up-to-date health records are important for you and those around you.  It does require documents from your doctor.  Contact their office EARLY to start the process.

Inquire (all due June 1)
New students will use this learning management tool to complete their Language Placement Test, Quantitative Reasoning Test, and the Academic Integrity Module.  Inquire is Roanoke's version of Moodle or Blackboard.

Residence Life & Housing - Housing Portal
This is a multi-step process where students answer lifestyle questions, view other student profiles, possibly choose a roommate and the actual room! (available early May)

Business Office & Student Accounts
Roanoke College uses e-billing to pay for tuition, fees, room and board. Beginning July 15th, billing and statements may be accessed.
