A concentration in human resource management is achieved by completion of the following program with a cumulative grade point average of at least 2.0:

BUAD 274 Human Resource Management 
BUAD 324 Training & Development (BUAD 274)
BUAD 334 Compensation & Benefits (BUAD 274)
BUAD 344 Recruitment, Selection & Performance Management (BUAD 274)

Choose one (1) from: 

BUAD 254  Organizational Behavior and Management 
PSYC 382 Industrial-Organization Psychology (PSYC 101 or INQ 260PY or permission)

Choose one (1) from: 

BUAD 211 Introduction to Global Management (None)
BUAD 364 Team Dynamics (BUAD 254 or PSYC 382)
BUAD 374 Negotiations (BUAD 254 or PSYC 382)
BUAD 416 Internship (permission)
ECON 267 Labor Economics (ECON 120 or 121)

Admission requires an overall grade point average of 2.0, and a 2.0 grade point average in all courses that are prerequisites to concentration courses.
