Students residing in Augusta, Caldwell, Beamer, Ritter, Chesapeake, Blue Ridge or Maxey Hall singles will be charged $9,224 yearly. Students residing in doubles in Augusta, Tabor, Blue Ridge, Maxey or Shenandoah are charged $8,196. Afton Hall apartments offers double rooms at a yearly cost of $8,706 and single rooms at $9,720. Students residing in Elizabeth Hall or Maxey Hall apartments can expect room costs of $9,720. Maxey Hall semi-suites are $8,706.
Doubles in Bartlett, Catawba, Chalmers, Crawford, Fox, Kappa Alpha, Marion, Pi Kappa Alpha, Pi Lambda Phi, Wells 1, Wells 2, Wells 3, Yonce 4, Yonce 5 will be $7,176 and singles will be $8,170. Semester rates by building listed at bottom of this page.
All new freshmen residing on campus MUST participate in the 19-meal plan for the first year. All other resident students, including new transfers, may select a 14-meal plan at a cost of $6,984 as an option. Students residing at Afton Hall or Maxey Hall apartments or any apartments in campus housing are required to carry the 9 meal plan at costs of $4,378 yearly or may upgrade to one of the larger plans. Elizabeth Hall residents are not required to participate in a meal plan.

Summer School
The tuition rate for summer courses is $2,312 per unit. The room cost for four weeks is $898. The resident technology fee per four-week session is $56 and covers cable and internet connections across campus. Discounted billing of $400 on internships approved through Dean's Office.
