Guest Policy

All members are allowed to bring no more than one guest to the Belk Fitness Center per visit.  All guests must sign a waiver upon their initial visit and check in at the front desk upon entry for every visit thereafter.  Members must accompany their guests at all times; if the member leaves, so must the guest.

Locker Rooms

Faculty, Staff, Retirees, Volunteers and Alumni may use the day-use lockers, restroom and shower facilities within the Visitors' Locker Rooms on the 1st floor so long as there is no home game in which the locker rooms are occupied.

Day-use lockers are provided for your convenience on a first come, first served basis.  Members must remove all items when they leave the facility.  Personal locks may not be left on day-use lockers overnight.  All locks must be removed prior to the facility closing.  If day-use lockers contain locks and items at closing, locks will be removed and any locker contents will be kept in the building's Lost & Found.  Roanoke College is not responsible for locks cut off during this procedure.
