If you are concerned about a student's immediate health, safety, or welfare, please call the Campus Safety Office (540-375-2310). Campus Safety staff members can assist you with assessing the situation and determining if immediate action is necessary or if a referral to the Care Team might be more appropriate.

Cases remain open for a minimum of three weeks before being archived. Continued monitoring and necessary follow up occurs the entire time a case is open. Cases remain open longer than three weeks as needed.
If you submit a report and do not see any significant positive changes occur within a reasonable amount of time, or you have an update to share, please feel free to submit another report.
