 During our Open Enrollment Period (October 25th – November 8th), all benefit-eligible employees are required to select their benefits for 2021,

Roanoke College offers an annual open enrollment for all cafeteria plan benefits which allow employees to make medical, dental and vision plan changes for the new calendar year. 

All cafeteria plan benefits (including medical, dental and vision) are deducted on a pre-tax basis, unless the employee instruct us to make these deductions on an after-tax basis.

Important:  Our annual open enrollment gives employees the opportunity to elect new benefits or change your current coverage. 

If you choose not to enroll at this time, you’ll have to wait until our next open enrollment.  After our Open enrollment period has closed, election changes can only be made during the plan year if you experience a qualifying event.

To complete your open enrollment, please proceed to Self-Service to and log-in to your account using your Roanoke College username and password.
