MaroonsRWell - 2017 Wellness Program
All Roanoke College faculty and staff who are benefits-eligible may join the wellness program, as well as spouses currently enrolled in the college health insurance plans.  The 2017 Health Survey is now open on our wellness portal through February 28, 2017.  Completion of this survey will satisfy the requirement to receive the second quarterly incentive for those covered by the college's medical plans.  All benefits-eligible employees and medically covered spouses now have access to the wellness portal without having to complete a screening.  Please see the instructions below and note that the final day to complete the survey is Tuesday, February 28th.

Welcome to those who are NEW to MaroonsRWell in 2017!  To get started, please see the 2017 Wellness Summary & Quick Start Guide for details on how to setup your online account at  Anyone who did not complete a screening or physician form has the option to complete the health survey now to start earning incentives for the year.  

Welcome back to those returning to MaroonsRWell!  You may log onto with your existing username and password.  If you have forgotten either, you can follow the "Forgot Username" or "Forgot Password" links on the site.  If you never activated your account, please see the 2017 Wellness Summary & Quick Start Guide for details on how to setup your online account.  

The incentive requirements for 2017 have changed slightly based on input from the Employee Wellness Team. The wellness program year is divided into earning periods in which participants complete certain items to earn points towards receiving the incentive stipend payment for that earning period. The requirements for the first two earning periods will remain the same that is complete the screening/physician form and the health survey. For the 3rd and 4th earning period, you will need to earn 100 additional points on the beBetter wellness portal which must include one additional wellness activity.   Please see the 2017 MaroonsRWell Incentive Chart for complete details on the wellness stipend incentives which are paid on the last pay period of each quarter.

Kate Smith, our VPC Health Coach/Wellness Advocate, offers health coaching sessions. Kate's broad knowledge ranging from fitness, to nutrition, to stress management, to disease prevention and management is a valuable asset to our wellness program. Kate also works closely with our Wellness Team to coordinate wellness programming and promote wellness activities on campus.
