“Like students, each campus has a unique personality. ... Many students make this their first visit and then come back during the academic year to take a closer look and to get to know the heart of the campus – our faculty and students.”

Dr. Brenda Poggendorf, vice president for enrollment

High school students and their parents are encouraged to go to a minimum of three CICV college visits in order to be eligible to have three college application fees waived (for participating colleges) and for the chance to win a $250 Amazon gift card. #Visit3andApplyforFree

For the first time, Virginia Private College Week will award a $250 Amazon gift card to a student who posts on social media using #VaPrivateCollegeWeek.

“Like students, each campus has a unique personality,” Dr. Brenda Poggendorf, vice president for enrollment, said. “The campus visit during private college week is the ideal way to begin to know a campus. Many students make this their first visit and then come back during the academic year to take a closer look and to get to know the heart of the campus – our faculty and students.”
