The Roanoke College Democrats, a student organization, will host a public town hall with the Rev. Jesse Jackson on Monday at noon in the Bast Center.  The town hall, which will focus on health care and voter rights, will be moderated by Del. Sam Rasoul, a member of the Virginia House of Delegates representing the 11th district.
