Dr. Michael T. Longaker is a renowned expert in the areas of wound repair and craniofacial biology, and is a member of the American Association of Clinical Investigation, the Association of American Physicians, and the National Academy of Medicine. A pioneer in the field of stem cell biology, he has investigated the role of skeletal stem cells in fracture healing, aging, and diabetes. Dr. Longaker has published over 1200 scholarly articles and is an inventor on over 40 patents and patent applications.
