Our primary dining facility is Sutton Commons where meals are served buffet-style, seven days a week, with all-you-care-to-eat dining. Weekly menus change regularly to offer variety, showcase different culinary concepts and offer options to satisfy dietary needs.
Breakfast choices include our cereal bar, specialty baked goods and breads, yogurt and fruit bar, hot entrees, sides, and hot cereal options. We also offer a make-your-own omelet station Monday-Friday.
Lunch options might include homemade entrees, specialty sandwiches, soups, a fresh salad bar and chef-made salads, pasta and sauces, brick oven pizza and breadsticks, occasionally featured grill items such as burgers and hot dogs, a deli bar, and a variety of desserts and ice cream novelties.
Dinner selections are designed to meet a variety of tastes such as vegan and vegetarian meals, comfort foods, international flavors, brick oven pizza and breadsticks, fresh salad bar, deli bar and a create-your-own sauté station. Our bakery provides a daily array of fresh cookies, cakes, pies, brownies and other desserts of exceptional quality.
Keep an eye out for our special events and interactive culinary offerings such as: omelets to-order, pasta to-order, Pancake Paradise, "bakeshop live," Fridays on the Quad and other seasonal and special events throughout the year.
