Following graduation from Roanoke College, the management of your college computer accounts and information varies based on your graduation date. Your college computer accounts and information include your Outlook email account, SelfService account, Inquire account, network account, and any data or information stored on your Z drive and OneDrive.
College computer accounts and information will be deleted at the end of February of the subsequent year.
College computer accounts and information will be deleted at the end of July of the subsequent year.
To avoid losing access to important files or information, we recommend backing up any data stored on your Z drive or OneDrive before deletion occurs.
If you have installed any Microsoft Office or Microsoft 365 applications (for Windows or Mac) through the College's Microsoft Campus Agreement Student License Program, access to these applications will cease upon deletion of your college computer accounts.
