To stay during the summer at Roanoke College while you take an in-person class, conduct RC summer research, participate in an RC-credit internship, or work on campus fill out the following form. Students should expect associated charges to be billed to their Student Account, unless their department will be covering these housing expenses.
Summer Housing charges include a base rate of $925 per four weeks, in addition to a $60 Technology Fee (Residential). Please note that discounted billing of $400 on internships can be approved through Dean's Office.
All residential students will receive an email in mid-August (early January for spring semester move in) with instructions for move in. In the email, students will sign up for a move in time. Move in will take place in the lower Olin parking lot off of Peery Drive and Thompson Memorial Drive. Click here for interactive campus map!
To request to stay on campus for Fall Break, Thanksgiving Break, Winter Break*, Spring Break, or May Break, please click on the form below to submit a request. (Note: You will not receive a confirmation of submission. Know that we will reach out if there is an issue.)
*Roanoke College residence halls are closed during Winter Break, but you may submit the request understanding that there is a charge per night.
