IT Student Assistants
The Information Technology Student Assistant (ITSA) program is an excellent opportunity to develop professional skills in the fast-growing IT field. ITSA workers supplement services provided by the full-time staff in seven key areas:
- Switchboard / Receptionist
- Technical Support Desk
- Computer Technician
- Web Development
- Instructional Technology Resource Center (ITRC)
- Reporting Analyst
- Print Shop Assistant
Our students are given the opportunity to make valuable contributions to the Roanoke College community and work closely with other students as well as faculty and staff. Information Technology provides a fun and challenging way to develop practical and in-demand skills. We welcome applications from students of all experience levels, including beginners, as no prior IT experience is required and training will be provided.
