Email & Account Information
Email and account access at Roanoke College are provided through Microsoft 365. All students, faculty, and staff receive a Roanoke College email account and related services.
Account Management (MyAccount)
Students, faculty, and staff can use MyAccount to:
- Change their current password
- Unlock their account
- Set or update an alternate email address for account recovery
Faculty & Staff Email
Roanoke College provides all faculty and staff with a roanoke.edu email address through Microsoft 365.
- Email can be accessed using Microsoft Outlook or by logging in at mymail.roanoke.edu
- Campus email addresses can be found using the Global Address Book or the online Directory (login required)
- Microsoft 365 also includes Calendar, Tasks, and Address Book features

Student Email
Roanoke College provides all students with a mail.roanoke.edu email address and a Microsoft 365 account.
- Email can be accessed through Roanoke Today or directly at mymail.roanoke.edu
- Campus email addresses can be found using the online Directory (login required)
- Microsoft 365 includes Calendar, Tasks, and Address Book functionality
- Microsoft desktop and mobile apps are available via Software Downloads
Email Quota
Mailbox storage and message size limits are managed through Microsoft 365 and may vary by account.
