Empowering Future Researchers Through People-Centered Inquiry
At the People Centered Research Group (PCR Group), we specialize in advancing mixed-methods and qualitative research with a deep commitment to the communities and individuals at the heart of our work. We believe that the most important part of social science and health research is the people with whom we work—and that their lived experiences must be central to the story told about the research within these populations.
Our lab conducts original research and supports others who are interested in incorporating qualitative methodology into their own research. Our lab offers expert-led services in qualitative methodology training and analysis support, designed to meet the needs of academic and applied research communities. Through collaborative partnerships and rigorous inquiry, we ensure that research reflects the voices and realities of those it seeks to understand.
What sets PCR Group apart is our dedication to mentorship and capacity-building. We actively involve undergraduate students in every stage of the research process—cultivating their skills, confidence, and curiosity as emerging mixed-methods researchers. This hands-on approach not only strengthens our research but also prepares the next generation of scholars to lead with empathy, integrity, and methodological excellence.
Whether you're seeking methodological expertise or looking to build capacity in qualitative research, PCR Group is your partner in people-centered discovery. Curious?
