All employees must complete this Cybersecurity training
Instructions for Faculty
1. Faculty will access the system by visiting https://roanoke.cutrainingonline.com/tlc360. Login using your RC email and the password you set up for the system. Use the ‘forgot password’ reset if needed
2. The Learning Center will open; find the Cybersecurity class on your landing page.
3. Watch the video by clicking the Course icon. When finished with the video, move to step 4.
3a. Login with your Roanoke College email and Password at the KnowBe4 website. (You might need to allow the pop-up)
If you need help deleting pop-ups read this Knowledge Base Article.
4. Acknowledge the training by clicking the Assessment button and following the instructions – you’re done!
Instructions for Staff
1. Staff will log in to Performance Pro
2. Once in Performance Pro, click on the LMS icon at the top of your screen.
3. The Learning Center will open; find the Cybersecurity class on your landing page.
2a. Note, if you supervise, you may need to click the "Your Training Plan" icon
4. Watch the video by clicking the Course button. When finished with the video, move to step 5.
4a. Login with your Roanoke College email and Password at the KnowBe4 website. (You might need to allow the pop-up)

5. Acknowledge the training by clicking the Assessment button and following the instructions – you’re done!
