Human Resources will be automating performance appraisals in a new system called Performance Pro.
Beginning in August 2022, try-out appraisals, self-evaluations and annual appraisal forms will be completed electronically and use electronic signatures. Printing options will still exist. Reminders will be automated and delivered by e-mail, and increase in frequency when an appraisal is overdue.
For hourly employees the hourly appraisal form will remain the same, but the self-appraisal and annual review for other staff has been revised, updated, and now automated.
