Legal Studies Concentration
The Legal Studies concentration is part of Roanoke College’s pre-law program. The concentration serves students from any major with interests in the law. The concentration allows students to draw upon a variety of different perspectives regarding the nature of law, the role of law in society, and the law as a tool of social change. The concentration is designed to give students flexibility in selecting the classes that are most relevant to their future career plans.
Students in the concentration can participate in other aspects of the pre-law program, such as Mock Trial, the Washington Semester program, Inside-Out, the Criminal Justice major, and specialized advising and support for students considering law school.
