Staff Council

The purpose of the Roanoke College Staff Council is to represent and advocate for the interests, needs, and welfare of staff employees at Roanoke College.

 The mission of the staff council is to:​

  • Provide a formal channel of communication between staff and administration.​
  • Promote a positive, inclusive and equitable campus environment.​
  • Contribute substantively to institutional decision-making by offering staff perspectives on policies, procedures and initiatives.
  • Support professional development, recognition, and engagement among staff members.
