New Employee Forms for Campus Safety

Welcome to Roanoke College!

We're thrilled you're here!  If you've found this page, then you've most likely already been through your Human Resources Orientation and now need to take the next steps, including getting your Maroon ID card, decals for any vehicles you have (you may have 2 active at any given time) and keys for your new work area.  We hope to make this a one-stop shop!  If you follow the steps below, you should only need to make one stop by our office to pick up everything you need.

Maroon ID

Getting your Maroon Card is as easy as logging in to your eAccounts and uploading a picture!  Once we've received it, it will be processed within 2 business days.  To upload your picture, please go to this link and follow the instructions!  You'll receive an email when the picture is approved and one when your ID card is ready to be picked up. 

Parking Decal

Faculty and Staff are allowed to park for free on the Roanoke College campus!  All you need to do is go to our Faculty / Staff Decal Request page and fill out the form.  This DOES require that you be logged in to your Roanoke College computer account!

Bicycle Registration

For those faculty and staff who prefer to ride their bicycles to campus (something that's highly encouraged, we offer bicycle registration!  All you need to do is go to this link and fill out the form.  You'll be contacted, usually within 72 business hours, about bringing your bicycle by our office to have a sticker put on and photographed.

Keys

The key process is also very simple!  Please have your supervisor or their designee go to the Key Request form to request which keys you'll need to access the areas you're using.  It will usually take about 3 business days to process keys - unless we have to order them.  In that case, it may take as long as 10 business days.
