Employee Withholding Allowance Certificates (Tax Forms)

Employee Tax Forms

Roanoke College is required to collect updated Withholding Allowance Forms (tax forms) from employees who claim “exempt” on either their Form W-4 (Employee’s Federal Withholding Allowance Certificate) and/or their Form VA-4 (Virginia State Withholding Allowance Certificate).

These updated forms are due no later than February 15, 2024.

Once completed, please return the form(s) to HR via one of the following avenues:

  • Via DocuSign
  • In Person 
  • To our HR Mailbox located outside of College Hall or via Campus Mail 
  • Mailed to the Office of Human Resources (Address Below)
