The Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC) is a new standardized format for benefit plan coverage information required by health care reform. This new summary will allow employees a method of comparing available benefit plans and benefit coverage they may have available through other employers. The Summary of Benefits and Coverage for each of our medical plans is located below.
