To request to stay on campus for breaks, you must submit a Break Stay Request Form. This form is found below and includes Fall Break, Thanksgiving Break, *Winter Break, Spring Break, or May Break (different from May Term). Begin by clicking the button below. By submitting the following request, you are acknowledging the information you have provided is truthful. Providing false information to a college official is a violation of the Student Conduct Code. If the information you have provided is discovered to be false at any time, you will be subject to disciplinary action and required to leave campus immediately.

Starting after Graduation, to stay at Roanoke College you must be participating in an RC credited internship, class, or work on-campus. Students should expect associated charges to be billed to their Student Account, unless their department will be covering these housing expenses.

To stay during the summer at Roanoke College you must be participating in an RC credit class, RC credit internship, or must work on campus at least 20 hrs/wk.
