Personal Training is the pairing of a client with a personal trainer who is certified to help the client set and work toward achieving their fitness goals. Partner Training includes two clients working together with a certified personal trainer. All personal trainers hold an accredited certification through ACE, ACSM, NASM, or NSCA.
A complimentary one hour consultation is provided for all new clients and returning clients who purchase a package of 12 sessions or more. The consultation will include a fitness assessment, health and fitness education, and goal setting to meet your individual needs.
Thirty minute training sessions are scheduled at a time that is convenient for both the client and the personal trainer. During each session, the trainer will implement exercise prescription while teaching proper lifting and exercise techniques, ensuring the exercise is being performed in a safe manner and providing continual motivation throughout the workout.
The cost breakdown for Personal and Partner Training is detailed below. Purchasing session package of 6 or more is required before scheduling the initial consultation. A single session can only be purchased as an add-on. Registration and payment can be completed at the Campus Recreation office on second floor of Cregger.
