BODYCOMBAT™ is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness, learning moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. BODYPUMP™ is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit -- fast.  Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP™ gives you a total body workout.  Instructors will coach you through scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music -- helping you achieve much more than on your own!  You'll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.  To learn more about BODYPUMP™, please refer to the Les Mills website.


MixxedFit® has been referred to as a “people-inspired fitness program” that weaves together various forms of movement and bootcamp training techniques. This innovative dance-fitness class incorporates different elements, all of which are designed to tone, strengthen, and increase endurance. The founders of MixxedFit® note that the movements performed in class are somewhat “explosive,” meaning they are big, exaggerated, and designed to get the body moving and the heart pumping.
